I am the coordinator and the (current) principle developer of [Jalview] which is an open source tool for creating, analysing, annotating and visualizing multiple sequence alignments, supported by the [UK's Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council].

I'm also involved with certain activities related to [biological data visualization], and work in [Geoff Barton's Computational Biology research group] in the College of Life Science at the [University of Dundee].
