Christian Zmasek

Currently I am a postdoc in Adam Godzik's group [1] at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute [2]. Previously, I worked at GNF [3]. I graduated with a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the laboratory of Sean Eddy [4] at the Washington University School of Medicine [5].

Regulatory pathway evolution (i.e. apoptsis, innate immunity)

Genome evolution and functional comparative genomics

Relationships between protein structure and sequence evolution
