Christian Zmasek
Currently I am a postdoc in Adam Godzik's group at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute [1]. Previously, I worked at GNF [2]. I graduated with a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the laboratory of Sean Eddy [3] at the Washington University School of Medicine [4].

Regulatory pathway evolution (i.e. apoptsis, innate immunity)
Genome evolution and functional comparative genomics
Relationships between protein structure and sequence evolution
Gene duplications
Software development for phylogenomics (Java, Ruby)
